I'm Tova Angsuwat, founder of Series Build, helping startups hire exceptional talent and bring more representation to startups and scale-ups across Australia.

I'm a people and culture leader with over 20 years of experience including 10+ years at Google, across recruiting, compensation, learning and development. I led teams of 45+ who were responsible for hiring over 2,000 talented people in the US and APAC.

I'm also a Startmate Founders Fellow and Coach, where I support women moving into the startup world, and an #IamRemarkable facilitator, having trained hundreds of people to celebrate their accomplishments and overcome impostor syndrome.

In a previous life, I used to be a professional cook, danced with a repertory company, raised millions for non-profits, am the mother to two girls and delivered one in an ambulance.

I believe that impact is limitless and that people are infinitely more powerful than they believe.

    This includes: partnering closely with your hiring manager, working with candidates through the whole process, ensuring great candidate experience that increases brand advocacy (irrespective of the outcome), and leading pay negotiations.

  • BUILDING.

    I can step in as a fractional TA lead, providing strategy and leadership for your org.

    I’ll also help you build or revamp your interview process.

    This includes: developing your talent strategy, designing your interview assessment process and rubrics for evaluation, writing your job descriptions and leading interview debriefs for candidate selection.
